We deliver your orders via standard shipping through our logistics partner DHL. Please refer to the following information for packaging and shipping costs. The order form on our website automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the payment and shipping method, so you are always fully informed.

Delivery/shipping costs to the EU and Switzerland are EUR 19.99 (including VAT) with our logistics partner DHL.
Delivery/shipping costs to all countries worldwide outside the EU, UK, and Switzerland:
Delivery/shipping costs are EUR 29.99 worldwide with our logistics partner DHL. Delivery times may differ from the standard delivery times displayed in the shop.

Information about processing with our logistics partner DHL:
If you are not present when your order arrives, you will be notified by the postal delivery service (parcel card). You then have a maximum of 7 working days to collect your shipment from the specified post office. In the event of transport damage, you must inform us by fax or email within 24 hours of receiving the package!
Please note: Unfortunately, the parcel delivery service occasionally forgets to leave a notification when no one is home. If the parcel does not arrive within 5 days after you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, you must notify us immediately.
2. Returns
Please send goods or repairs to us exclusively in insured packages. If you send an uninsured package or even an envelope, you will have no insurance or claim for replacement. Returns must be sent to our Service and Support Center (see address above) without exception.
